Beginning of April, our friend Lisa treated us eating at Bebek Goreng H. Slamet. Its new open eating place, located at the street side of Jl. Basuki Rahmat. Bebek goreng means fried duck, the main and only menu offered in this restaurant is fried duck. We were expecting more dishes, but what we could find on the menu list were just part of duck things like the fried duck claws and liver.
So we ordered whole fried duck, rice and orange juice. The drink is not many in choices, only simple drinks like softdrink, tea and orange juice, don't expect for fruity juices or cocktail. I don't know why the menu is too limited, maybe because they are just open or to be focus on their product line...hehe....
The duck is nice, the chili sauce is perfect
But I dont know....something is still missing ....
Whole fried duck : Rp. 65.000 Rice & Chili sauce : Rp. 4.000
Orange juice : Rp. 3.500 Duck liver : Rp. 6.000
