In certain occasions, sometimes I took pictures of food that is served when I had a chance. Here are some random pictures :
1. Fishing on Musi River
We were invited to go fishing and sailing on the longest river in my province, by lunch time the host served us these delicious food, it was so great. Eating good food, sailing on the river and watching the view from our tongkang (big and wide flat iron ship carried by tug boat). We didn't success to catch any fish after all but the host gave us fresh shrimps to bring home.
Pempek or fishcake is famous specialty food from my city - Palembang. We eat pempek with hot spicy sauce called cuko. Try it once and you'll get addicted to it :-p

2. Farewell
Mr. Ary's farewell : model, martabak telor, es buah, bolu coklat
Mr. Dedy's farewell : pempek panggang, model, bolu, es buah
Mr. Jaka's farewell : sapo tahu, udang goreng tepung, cumi, ayam
3. Buka Puasa (Iftar)
Its kinda tradition between me and my friends to eat outside in Ramadhan, at least once. Last time, we ate at "Lapangan Tembak" our favorite was sapo tahu, so delicious. Before eating "main course", its always recommended to eat something sweet, coz our blood need sugar to bring back the energy after fasting, commonly we eat kolak and ice with some fruits filling.
